The Special Technology Zones Authority – STZA invited Plug and Play Tech Center to hold an ecosystem meetup at the STZA Head Office. Both sides engaged to discuss and explore potential collaboration opportunities. Mr. Dylan Palladino, The Program Manager at Plug and Play, presented their global innovation platform and startup accelerator programs and expressed their desire to work closely with local stakeholders to create synergies and partnerships. The event was virtually attended by Ms. Natalia Olson-Urtecho, Director of Government Partnerships and Ms. Tanya Ghuman, Manager of Partnerships at Plug and Play. Mr. Usamah Naveed, a Business Associate at STZA highlighted the Authority’s efforts to develop the technology sector and emphasized the importance of the Triple Helix Model of #Innovation during the introductory presentation. During his closing remarks, Mr. Javaid Iqbal, the Chief Commercial Officer at STZA, thanked the Plug and Play team for their efforts to expand into Pakistan and assured them of the Authority’s full support in their objectives.
