A World Bank delegation visited STZA Head Office and learned about the mandate and progress of the Authority towards its goal of facilitating world-class technology destinations across Pakistan. The esteemed World Bank delegation comprised of Practice Manager Shabih A. Mohib, Senior Economist Gonzalo J. Varela and Economist Rafay Khan. On behalf of STZA, the meeting was attended by Chief Commercial Officer Javaid Iqbal, Director Strategic Planning & Implementation Hamza Saeed Orakzai, Director Research & Market Intelligence Dr. Mohammad Ali Mohammad and Government Relations Policy Expert Milad Khattak.
It was an insightful discussion and the first of many, based on STZA’s technology ecosystem narrative and exploring future areas of collaboration with the World Bank.
